God is One, there is no other, none at all to
be compared. Without beginning, without
end, God is strength and might. This is my
God, the salvation of my life, my refuge in
times of distress. God is my banner and my
shelter, God shares my cup when I call. Into
God's hand I entrust my soul, and with my
soul, my body, too. When I sleep and when I
wake, God is with me ; I will not fear.
