May this year, 5783, be one in which we search for, and find, what it really means to be Jewish. Let us discover Talmud Torah (Jewish Study); let us try new Mitzvot – whether it\u2019s Shabbat, Kashrut, Hakarat HaTov (finding the good in the other), or Hachnasat Orchim, (hospitality) – both in our homes and in our congregation. Let us explore the possibilities and the beauties of Mitzvot Bein Adam Lechaveiro (commandments that pertain to other human beings) – through Tzedakah (justice and generosity), Bikkur Cholim (visiting the sick), Nichum Avelim (comforting mourners), and if we\u2019re lucky, dancing and rejoicing before a Jewish bride and groom.<\/p>\n

The possibilities are endless\u2026 but it is up to us to put it into action.
