KEHILAT GESHER USA ASSOCIATION

The American foundation supporting Kehilat Gesher France since 2004

A 501(c)(23) IRS approved charity, provides a tax-deductible way for US taxpayers to support Kehilat Gesher France, Rabbi Tom Cohen and other Jewish institutions.

KG USA’s MISSION:

  • Support Kehilat Gesher France (KG France): religious, cultural & educational activities, security, youth programs, building fund, community relations.
  • Connect Americans to the bilingual liberal Jewish community in Paris.
  • Facilitate attending services in Paris, including High Holy Days.
  • Serve as a continuing link for Americans & French who have moved from France.
  • Be a source for information on Jewish life in France & the activities of KG France.

  • Diverse membership includes individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Welcoming and inclusive liberal Jewish community, encompassing Reform, Conservative, and Reconstructionist traditions familiar in the U.S..
  • Outreach to English speakers moving to and living in France.
  • Worship, educational & cultural events for youth & adults in English & French.

We are able to accept personal donations, donations from charitable trusts and companies, and donations of stock. Contact us for wire/ACH transfers.

Donors of $550 (single) $1100 (couple or family) or greater amounts receive patron level privileges, such as invitations and member rates for all events & High Holy Days (Tishri). While KG USA does not offer memberships in KG France, per se, KG France will welcome donors at this level & provide the privileges above & the right to vote at the KG Annual General Assembly in Paris.
